"I tried using Linoit on my phone..."
I tried using Linoit on my phone, and umm, it was kind of a pain. The app kept freezing, moving notes around was way harder than it should be, and logging in felt annoying too. I just don’t think it’s worth the hassle...

"Decent for notes, but notifications fell short"
I expected Linoit to be a bit more dependable with reminders, especially since the sticky notes and sharing features work well. The basic note setup is easy enough, but the notifications haven’t been as smooth as I hoped. Sometimes updates show up later than I’d expect, and I wish there were more options for choosing which alerts I actually get. It’s still usable, but if you’re counting on it to keep you on track, it may feel a little inconsistent.

"Syncing doesn’t work like the website says"
I’m confused because the website makes it sound like everything updates live, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. The syncing just doesn’t work right, and I keep waiting for changes to show up but they never update the way I expected.

"Trying to collaborate on it is honestly a headache"
I wanted this to be useful for team editing, but it’s been painful. Little things keep getting in the way, like changes not showing up when you expect them to, weird delays, and the cursor/updates feeling just slightly out of sync. It sounds minor, but when you’re working with other people, those tiny hiccups add up fast...

"I tried using Lino for some simple planning..."
I tried using Lino for some simple planning boards, and wow, it really keeps things basic. Like, *very* basic. There aren’t many ways to organize anything, editing feels awkward, and the whole design has that charming “forgotten in a time capsule” vibe. It’s probably fine if you just need a quick sticky note or two, but the second I tried doing anything even slightly more involved, I was over it.

"Easy enough, but it only works when it wants to"
It’s simple to use once you figure it out, but it definitely feels a little clunky. Took me longer than I expected to get through, and sometimes it feels like it works when it wants to, which gets frustrating

"Works okay, just kinda slow sometimes"
I’ve been using linoit.com here and there for quick sticky note boards and tossing around ideas. It’s simple enough to figure out, and for the basic stuff, it pretty much does what I need without much fuss.
The main thing is it can be a little slow. Sometimes a board takes awhile to load, or I’ll move a note and it feels like it takes a sec to save, which gets annoying. I haven’t really lost anything major, but it doesn’t always feel super dependable. It’s fine for casual use, just not something I’d totally rely on for anything too important.

"Good sticky notes, just a little clunky"
I mostly use linoit when I need to jot down quick reminders or throw a bunch of sticky notes onto one board. For that, it works fine. I do like being able to drag notes around and keep little ideas in one place.

That said, it definitely feels a bit dated sometimes. Editing a note or changing colors isn’t always as smooth as I’d want, and using it on my phone can get kind of annoying.

Overall, it’s useful if you just want a simple sticky note wall. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. Anyway.

"Not really "worth the price""
I felt like this was a bit too expensive for what you get. It wasn’t terrible, but for the price, I just don’t think it’s "worth it."

"Interface feels kinda ancient"
It works fine enough, but the layout looks dated and cluttered. the interface feels like a bit of a mess, like some old-school nonsense that never got cleaned up...

"Uploading media is honestly so frustrating"
I keep trying to add attachments and they just fail over and over. I thought maybe it was something on my end—no, actually, it keeps happening no matter what I do. And when I reach out to support, they don’t really give me anything helpful.

"Support was slow, really slow"
I did get help eventually, but it took a while, like a while. The support team came through in the end, just later than I was hoping

"Works across devices, but it feels a bit neglected"
I use Linoit mostly on my laptop, but I’ll open it on my phone once in a while too. I do like that I can get to my boards from different devices without having to set much up, which is convenient.

The desktop version is definitely easier to deal with. On mobile, it feels clunky sometimes, especially when I’m trying to move notes around. It’s the kind of thing that makes me feel like the mobile experience hasn’t really been given much attention.

For quick notes and sharing simple stuff, it gets the job done. I just wish the cross-platform side felt smoother and more cared for. It’s not terrible, but it feels average.

"Didnt work well for my class"
I tried using Lino with my students, and it just didnt go very smoothly. The site felt kind of clunky, a few notes wouldnt load properly, and the kids kept getting stuck or confused. I was hoping it would be useful for class, but I dont think Id use it again for school stuff

"Decent for quick canvas notes"
Linoit is okay when I just need to jot things down on a canvas, but wow, my boards get cluttered really fast?? Moving notes around is simple enough, which I like, but organizing everything into clearer groups could definitely be easier. Like, why does it feel so messy so quickly??

"Sharing permissions are a total mess"
I tried sharing something and it just kept failing for no clear reason. Then I checked the permissions none of it made sense. One setting looked like it should work, another seemed to override it, and I still couldn’t get the right people access. Like, how is this okay? It turned what should’ve been a simple task into a frustrating guessing game...

"Signup was fine, login felt a bit slow"
Setting up my account was easy and didn’t really give me any trouble. Logging in was a different story though, it took me a few tries for some reason. Maybe it was the site or maybe I typed something wrong, but it still felt kind of slow to me.

"I didn’t feel great about the privacy..."
I didn’t feel great about the privacy setup. The settings weren’t very clear, and I kept wondering who could actually see my stuff. Awkward. I just didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything there.
